Matsuba snow crab, a taste of winter, is coming into season. The season opens on Friday, November 6, with the first auction on Saturday, November 7. Please enjoy our winter-only course featuring live Matsuba snow crab, available only at this time of year. As quantities are limited, we kindly recommend reserving early by phone.
